This client is a leading management consulting firm for the life sciences industry.  They cover all areas of product & corporate strategy, competitive intelligence, commercial effectiveness and brand management.

We are looking for applicants for a senior leadership position in the global Commercial team to head up Market Access & Pricing, Brand Management and Commercial Effectiveness.  This is a rapidly growing division with a strong team in place and ambition to get much bigger.  This role could be based out of the Chicago or San Francisco office.

Directors leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects and lead client relationships immediately. 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have similar leadership and sales experience in a management consulting firm and one or more of the following:

  • A marketing and/or sales capacity within the managed markets function of a pharmaceutical company
  • A clinical position (pharmacy or medical) in a managed care organization
  • A minimum of 3 years experience selling and managing large projects in a management consulting firm, with specific focus on pharmaceutical and biotech clients is required.
  • A strong knowledge of managed markets and the pharmaceutical industry is essential
