The role

We are looking for a good candidates for the position as Insights Manager within Global customer and market insights team based out of Switzerland.

  • Ability to apply the best research techniques for any given project in oder to effectively answer objectives
  • Communicate and agree upon research objectives and approach with various global stakeholders 
  • Vendors management on analytical plans, methodologies, and final deliverables
  • Generate insights for marketing and disease area strategy
  • Ability to communicate finding clearly with key stakeholders
  • Management of multiple projects at any given time
  • Mentor and deligate to junior members of team

Requirements

  • Strong education profile in business/marketing/science. Advanced degree is preferred
  • 5 years + experience in marketing research
  • Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative primary marketing research
  • Proven leadership and moderator skills
  • Flexibility, interest, adaptability to different cultures & sensitivite
  • Effective and innovative leadership ability
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Power Point, Word
