Our client is a leading market research company specialising in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry.  In China they are expanding so require, strong market research professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the project team with high productivity ;
  • Develop ad hoc / customized research business in China and develop and manage a high quality local China team for this purpose;
  • Manage both qualitative and quantitative ad hoc / customized marketing research projects (initially through all phases including project design, costing, proposal preparation, data analysis, report preparation and presentation of results);
  • Promotion, marketing and sales of key products utilized by the pharmaceutical industry – specifically ad hoc / customized marketing research, CAM promotional audits and related products;
  • Identify opportunities in China for the use of ad hoc / customized marketing research within the pharmaceutical industry and coordinate and liaise with relevant staff;
  • Work with relevant  staff within the region and globally to ensure optimal and ‘best practice’ use of  products by pharmaceutical clients;
  • Product development / enhancement opportunities ;
  • Liaise with Fieldwork and Production Teams to ensure data accuracy and quality assurance requirements are met for all projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree at a minimum;
  • 3+ years of experience in Market Research;
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry;
  • Proficient in English, written and oral;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure;
  • Good at communication, skillful to maintain clients;
  • Have initiative and autonomy;
  • Good organizational skills and hard working.
